The Fall Check-In Survey is administered approximately 6 to 8 weeks into the fall semester for both freshman and transfer students. The survey is administered to a random sample of 500 freshmen and transfer students who started at the university in the fall. The purpose of this survey is to collect information regarding students’ transition to University life, programs and services utilized in the transition process, and well as identifying areas of concern. This survey includes many open-ended questions to solicit feedback. We utilize this information to gain the student perspective and enhance our program initiatives.
